PowerQuery Cache gets bigger and bigger

Hi,

with every refresh (automatically every minute), a new Cache file is generated in in the Caches Folder of PowerQuery increasing the folder size rapidly.
Is there a way to delete these files automatically oder disable that the cache files are saved?

The maximum data size in the query options only limits the size of one file but does not help if a new file is generated after each refresh as the file sizes are summing up.

Ich habe die Einstellung bereits übernommen allerdings werden immer noch Cache Dateien unter dem Pfad C:\Benutzer\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerQuery\Cache\Caches erstellt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das zu verhindern?
